Jim Schubert, the host of the podcast, is the proud insurance agency owner of Southern States Insurance in Atlanta, GA. Jim hosts an awesome podcast called the Agents Growth Academy. Through the Academy he provides agents and agency owners with awesome resources, a weekly blog post and the podcast.
The podcast titled “How to Run a Lean Agency Machine” Will talks about what has been done to turn your agency into a lean machine. Will is a fourth-generation insurance agent with a claims background and he talks about his experiences running the agency and prioritizing certain expenses and budgeting and how that has helped us attain Best Practices status since 2016.
