For the past 4 years our agency has been invited to compete with Financial Strategies Group and Ed Constable Realty in the Who’s Best At Christmas? competition where we raise awareness and donations for charities of our choice. Each year we are doing some type of fun holiday activity. We’ve had a Christmas lip sync competition, timed challenge to dress up as a human Christmas tree, Awkward Family Christmas Photo and this year we transformed our conference room into a snow globe. Our snow globe had an ice skater, skier, snowshoes, carolers and a sledders. We even managed to create snow falling from the ceiling!
We decided as a team to support Homeless Angels again this year and we collected hats, gloves and socks. Last year we were able to collect 1,005 items and this year we FAR exceeded our goal and collected 2,100 items!!! We want to thank not only our team, our clients and family and friends for coming through in such a big way!! This month we not only donated to our family from St. Vincent Catholic Charities but we also filled to overflowing our Toys for Tots box and collected for Homeless Angels. We dropped off all of our items last Thursday before the snow storm so Homeless Angels could get those items out to those who need them the most. They were so grateful to us for collecting and helping out our community and we also are discussing different ways in which we can both work together to help keep the Greater Lansing area warm and fed!
