Woo Hoo! It’s Time to Set Resolutions for 2016!
As I sit down and look over the New Year’s Resolutions I’ve made for our agency of seven I feel satisfied. I know with some hard work and a bit of grit we can make them happen! In my personal life, I tend to get a little carried away and make too many resolutions. This in turn sets me up for some disappointment or straight up failure. I’m determined this year not to do that exact thing for myself or for the agency.
The past couple of years we have picked a focus for the agency each year and work on that one thing. Last year our resolution was improving our already stellar customer service. We focused on making our customers first impressions even more memorable than the last year. We focused on having good attitudes and trying to let unpleasant circumstances roll off of our shoulders. We started monthly agency staff meetings so that everyone in our small office knew what each other was working on and what changes were to come for 2015. These in turn helped us to better serve you, our customer!
This year our focus is going to be on technology. We are going to freshen up our website and social media. We are going to blog more…weekly! We are also trying out a new marketing campaign so we can keep in touch better. We are going to streamline some of our procedures in an effort to provide even better and faster service. We will continue to keep working on being even more skilled than we already are and we would love your feedback.
